CINCINNATI (WXIX) – On Sunday evening, two males were shot during a brawl that broke out at Walnut Hills High School following a pee wee football game, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.

At approximately 7:30 p.m., there was a conflict of some kind, according to Lieutenant Chantia Miller of the Cincinnati Police Department, and bullets were fired.

According to Lieutenant Miller, they have a possible suspect, but that individual is not currently in custody.

UC Medical Center was the destination for the victims of the shooting. One of the victims is in critical condition, while the other victim’s injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.

Kathryn Robinson, a spokesman for Child Protective Services, has confirmed that the game was a facility rental game and that it had no connection whatsoever with Walnut Hills or CPS.

Lt. Miller claims that a large number of children were there during the shooting, and she urges that the league not be condemned.

According to her, it is about those who were clueless about how to exercise self-control.
