A man is in jail, and another has serious injuries, following a stabbing in Miami Township on Wednesday.
On January 29, just before 2:30 p.m., Miami Township officers and medics responded to a stabbing at a home on Orchard Run Road.
When officers arrived, they discovered “a suspect actively assaulting a man with a knife,” according to a media release.
Officers apprehended Mario Agak, 40, and immediately treated the victim, 41, who was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Agak is being held at the Montgomery County Jail on initial charges of attempted murder and felonious assault.
Police did not identify the victim but said they were investigating the motive.
