Fifty-one-year-old woman mysteriously found dead with wire wrapped around neck in NYC apartment: cops

This week, police and sources said they found a 51-year-old woman dead in her Brooklyn apartment with wire around her neck.

Around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, when the neighbor went to check on the woman in her fourth-floor apartment on Flatlands Avenue near Elton Street in East New York, they found the horrific scene.

Police said a social worker killed her adoptive daughter and ‘punched and slapped’ the toddler for ’30 minutes’

Police said that her dead body was lying face up on the living room floor with the wire around her throat.

When EMS arrived, they pronounced the woman dead at the scene.

Her name was not released right away because her family needed to be told, but sources said she has been arrested 28 times, is wanted for menacing, and has a history with drugs.

“As a form of punishment,” an 8-year-old was forced to continually jump on a 110-degree trampoline without water until she died of dehydration

Thursday, the circumstances of her death were still being looked into.
