Donald Trump believes Kamala Harris isn’t medically fit for office

Former President Donald Trump is worried about Vice President Kamala Harris’ health, even though her doctor just wrote a report saying she is in “excellent health.”

Harris’ doctor, Dr. Joshua Simmons, wrote an open letter about her health on Saturday. In it, he said that Harris has seasonal allergies, such as allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and spots (urticaria). The study says these conditions are mild, treatable, and not life-threatening.

However, Trump had a different opinion. He said that Harris’s allergies might make it hard for her to be president. In a Truth Social post, Trump stressed that the report had hives and called it a “deeply serious condition” that could make it hard for her to do her job.

Hives are harmless skin spots that are raised and itchy. They are usually caused by allergens, stress, or certain foods. Harris has allergies and takes medicine for them. Her doctor told her that she has never had any serious responses. Dr. Simmons went on to say that Harris has been getting allergy immunotherapy for three years, which has made her less sensitive to allergens.

Trump calls for Harris to take a cognitive test

Not only did Trump doubt Harris’s physical health, he also doubted her mental skills. In a separate rant posted on October 14, Trump said Harris should take a test of cognitive stamina and agility. He said Harris’s “slow and lethargic” answers in interviews were proof that her mental health was getting worse.

Harris’ medical report, on the other hand, did not include a cognitive review because it is not common for people her age to get these kinds of tests as part of regular physicals. Harris did pass all of Dr. Simmons’ cranial nerve tests, which check the health of the nervous system.

Trump, who often brags about his health, said that he “aced” memory tests while he was president, which is another reason why Harris is not fit to be president.

But a lot of Trump’s critics have asked him to show more detailed medical papers to back up what he says. Trump is now 78 years old. According to Dr. Simmons, Harris is mentally and physically healthy enough to do her job, so Trump’s health worries are not valid.
