After allegedly killing one man while driving under the influence of alcohol, a local resident of Cincinnati is facing prosecution.
After colliding with another vehicle and causing the driver to lose their life, Zackary Grisez is being charged with aggravated vehicular murder.
According to the Cincinnati Police Department, the collision took place on June 28 at approximately 2:30 in the morning.
Grisez was attempting to switch lanes, but he collided with another vehicle, which caused the vehicle to go off the road and crash into a tree.
The accident resulted in the death of the driver, Anthony Watkins, who was 35 years old.
According to the documents filed with the court, Grisez was booked into jail yesterday, but he was able to make his bond, which was ten percent of fifteen thousand dollars.
It has been reported by the prosecution that he had also been drinking and that his blood alcohol level was.104 at the time when he caused the accident.
Grisez is not permitted to obtain a driver’s license or consume alcohol while he is out of jail, according to the police.
