An 18-year-old lady is presently being held in custody and is accused of perpetrating a scheme to rob her boyfriend at a park in Alabama, as reported by MSN News.

The alleged crime was committed in Alabama.

On the morning of October 4, 2024, at approximately 6:45 a.m., law enforcement officers were alerted to an incident that took place in a park that was located nearby, as stated in the reports.

When the authorities arrived at the site, they found that a man who was accompanied by his girlfriend was there at the park at the time that a male subject approached them.

During the course of the heist, the subject attacked the victim by inflicting a wound on him and then forcibly stealing his wallet.

In order to receive care for injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening, the victim was taken to a local hospital.

Lacey Hollingsworth, the victim’s girlfriend, was found to have been aware of the intended robbery and to have played a role in the orchestration of the crime, according to the findings of further investigation.

One of the charges against Hollingsworth was robbery in the first degree, and on the day of her hearing on October 7, a judge placed her bond at fifty thousand dollars.

According to the documents kept by the county jail, Hollingsworth is still being held there as of the 23rd of October.
