On October 30, 2024, a Tarrant County jury sentenced 43-year-old Grand Prairie resident Daniel Rincones to assault family violence with a previous conviction.
The crime, which happened on October 7, 2023, just one day after Rincones’ release from jail, earned him a 65-year prison sentence. He attacked his wife, causing a broken rib.
His criminal record includes previous convictions for child sexual offenses and burglaries.
