A man attempted to kidnap two students from different schools on the same day: Court documents

CINCINNATI — A man was arrested and held on a $410,000 bond after two attempted kidnappings on school grounds, according to Hamilton County court records.

Deivis Tomas-Marcario, 23, is accused of going to Deer Park High School on January 17 and attempting to kidnap a teenage student, according to court documents.

That attempt failed, and Tomas-Marcario attended Amity Elementary, according to court records. He is accused of attempting to kidnap an 8-year-old “by deception,” according to the documents.

According to court records, police arrived at the school and determined Tomas-Marcario was intoxicated.

According to the documents, his vehicle contained a loaded gun and open alcohol containers.
