There is a maximum amount of $975 that a family of four in the 48 contiguous states can get. Benefits for four people have only gone up by two dollars since the 2025 COLA increase.

Through November 10, only Guam will send more money than the 48 states that are adjacent to it. People in Guam who get SNAP can get up to $1,437 if there are 4 of them.
