A 13-year-old was arrested and charged with the murder of a 64-year-old Ohio woman.
The girl was charged with murder in Hamilton County Juvenile Court in connection with Shelia “Denise” Tenpenny’s death, according to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost.
Tenpenny was discovered dead on February 2 in her Fairfax home in northeastern Hamilton County.
On February 6, investigators disclosed that Tenpenny’s killer was likely injured while performing the crime and asked the public for assistance in finding them.
On February 12, the teenager was brought into custody.
Investigators haven’t revealed their identities.
